Dr. Clif St. Germain, Ph.D.

Dr. Clif St. Germain, Ph.D. has spent four decades helping schools, teachers, and other organizations design learning environments that maximize individual learning potential.

He taught middle school, served as a guidance counselor, principal in two model schools, and earned a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Texas at Austin. He has helped school districts across the country develop learning seminars for learning, leadership, and personal development. He now works as an author, lecturer, and educational consultant.

Dr. St. Germain co-authored, Learning Places: A Field Guide for Improving the Context of Schooling, with Michael Fullan. Their book, a best seller, offers a practical approach to school improvement that is grounded in knowledge -sharing, collective inquiry, and a focus on school-wide learning results.

His most recent book, Study Whiz Pro, is a step-by-step student guide for meaningful learning. Together the book and the companion website enable students to build learning routines, share in-progress assignments, and create study guides for enhancing memory and performance.

Dr. Kelli Joseph

Dr. Kelli Joseph has served as an educator for over 25 years as a teacher, school administrator, and district superintendent where she has been instrumental in developing a system that has improved educational outcomes for students.

She earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership at Southeastern Louisiana University. She also attended Harvard University’s Leadership Institute for Superintendents and received a certification in Lay Ecclesiastical Ministry from the Archdiocese of New Orleans.

In 2020, she was named Louisiana State Superintendent of the Year.
